SAS Award for the best poster presented at LAC2024

The Society for Archaeological Sciences (SAS) offers an award for the best poster presented at the Landscape Archeology Conference, which stands out for its quality, the innovative nature of the research and its interdisciplinary approach.

The winner will receive a prize of $200 USD, a year of membership in the SAS, and the possibility of publishing an extended abstract in the SAS Bulletin.

To be eligible for the award, applicants need to be students or early career researchers. It is not necessary to submit any application.

Applicants need to be first author and present during the conference.

All posters submitted that meet the conditions will be potentially eligible. The winning poster will be announced after the conference is over.

The poster must be exhibited in person during the days of the conference and the winning poster will be announced at the end of the conference.

The deadline for submissions is 01 March 2024
